*****HIV Edmonton has told me that they desperately need peanut butter, coffee, coffee whitener, and women's feminine products*****
Door 12 has been opened this morning to reveal:
HIV Edmonton! http://www.hivedmonton.com/
HIV Edmonton is 36 years strong in Edmonton, having begun as the AIDS Network of Edmonton by Michael Phair with the support of friends.
Since its inception, the mandate of the AIDS Network of Edmonton had changed, so in 1999, the name too was changed, now, of course, HIV Edmonton.
HIV Edmonton works in support, advocacy, and prevention. There are programs to support people living with HIV and AIDS; there are programs aiming to prevent the transmission of HIV; there are programs dedicated to the elimination of stigma of HIV and AIDS as well as the discrimination people living with HIV and AIDS face.

Please donate today to help keep all these enormously important programs available to our city.
